Shipley & Horne, P.A. prides itself in providing large firm capabilities to our clients, while maintaining small firm attention to each and every one. Our firm has created a professional, yet personal and familial atmosphere within our office. Our attorneys recognize that it is our staff that is the backbone of our firm and the reason for our success. Michael P. Moran, Firm Administrator

Mike serves as the Firm’s Administrator and has been employed with Shipley & Horne, P.A. since its inception in 1995.

Marilyn K. Taylor, Office Manager

Marilyn serves as the Office Manager and Billing Coordinator and has been employed with Shipley & Horne, P.A. since its inception in 1995.

Marvin “Reggie” Baxter, Senior Land Planner/ Paralegal

Reggie serves as a Senior Land Planner and Paralegal. After working more than 30 years as a land planner for   M-NCPPC, Reggie joined Shipley & Horne, P.A. in 2006.

 

Brandy B. Stuart, Paralegal

Brandy joined Shipley & Horne, P.A. in 2007, bringing with her over 15 years of legal and administrative experience. She provides paralegal support to the attorneys in the areas of land use and zoning, estate and trust administration, litigation, real estate transactions, family law, personal injury and liquor license acquisition and transfer. Ms. Stuart also serves as the Public Relations liaison with key governmental, business and community organizations. In addition, Ms. Stuart is well versed with code and permits process in Prince George's County and Southern Maryland.  As such, she effectively serves firm clients requiring assistance with Building, Occupancy, Signage and other permitting, inspections and code related matters.

 

Patricia H. “Pat” Lewis, Administrative Assistant

Pat serves as a Legal Assistant and joined Shipley & Horne, P.A. in 2004.

 

Catherine "Cathy" Lutz, Legal Assistant

Cathy supports the firm's audit practice, having joined Shipley & Horne, P.A. in 2002.

 

Marcia V. Coppedge-Pendergrass, Administrative Assistant

Marcia serves as a Legal Assistant and joined Shipley & Horne, P.A. in 2008.

 

Pamela V. Ware, Receptionist

Pam serves as a Receptionist and Office Assistant and joined Shipley & Horne, P.A. in 2005.
